Terms of Wholesale Service
- All wholesale catalog transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or converted international currencies, inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment via verified banking, UPI, or card channels.
- Custom stitching orders require precise customer-submitted measurements and once stitched cannot be cancelled.
- Color representation may have minor shade variations due to photographic lighting and display resolutions.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
